Navyashree H C is an Associate Software Engineer at Redintegro Consulting Solutions with 2.78 years of relevant experience. She is a skilled frontend and backend developer who has worked on several projects involving Image processing and Machine learning for detection and automation of glaucoma. She is also engaged in designing a cross-layer protocol to establish cooperative communication. Navyashree has prior experience working with ReactJS and Django Python. Along with managing the server, she has also dockerized projects. She is actively exploring Google Cloud Platform, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. Navyashree is a quick learner and has a passion for exploring new technologies. Before joining Redintegro Consulting Solutions, Navyashree worked as a Research Intern at Nihon Communications Solutions, where she had the opportunity to work with a team of Network engineers. This experience boosted her knowledge on Qualnet source code to develop a cooperative protocol. She also worked as a Project Intern at Autoyos, where she was exposed to a workplace where great minds of IISC work. She had an opportunity to meet IISC professors and finally completed her final year project, which was the detection of glaucoma using image processing and deep learning. Navyashree holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Govt. S K S J Technological Institute, Bangalore. She also completed her Pre-university education from Maharani Lakshmi Ammanni College for Women (MLACW). In addition to her technical skills, Navyashree is a team player with excellent communication skills. She is a Research Scientist with experience in AI and Deep Learning. Her tech stack includes Software Engineer, Backend, Frontend, Image Processing, ML, NoSQL, MongoDB, Python, Django, and ReactJS.
